What you will do
- Monitor KPIs, operational reports, and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvements that increase productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other departments to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support system upgrades, process automation, strategic initiatives, and operational scaling.
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented, figure-it-out mindset.
- Ability to work from the Palo Alto office.
