Solutions Engineer/Architect (IoT Hardware)

Location: San Francisco or Remote; travel approximately 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Map customer journeys and inbound/outbound facility processes using process maps, flow charts, diagrams, and operational documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings to gather implementation data, define deliverables, calculate ROI, and recommend process improvements.
• Provide industrial and software engineering support for computer vision, machine learning, software, compute, and field operations.
• Optimize the shipment, installation, and positioning of physical hirify.global towers in warehouse environments.
• Identify software, automation, data ingestion, digitization, validation, and system integration improvements.
• Present product demonstrations and solution value while collaborating with clients, partners, system integrators, and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical solutions role preferred.
• Understanding of supply chain requirements across food and beverage, 3PL, or complex distribution systems.
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP, and other warehouse automation solutions preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, Figma, Datadog, and similar productivity tools preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
