Salary: $58,400–$100,800 per year, determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Support, develop, and continuously improve 200mm semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Drive throughput improvement, cost reduction, yield learning, process stability, and reliability improvements.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize equipment and processes against technology and manufacturing targets.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting of complex equipment and process performance issues.
• Collaborate with technicians, operators, technology development, integration, characterization, and quality engineering teams.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods while supporting product delivery, quality, and environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• Written and verbal English fluency required.
• Availability for up to 10% travel.
• Ability to work hands-on with equipment and processes and deconstruct complex systems.
