Senior Manager, Finance Control (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls supporting asset protection and reliable financial reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare for audit activities, and resolve findings and compliance gaps.
• Oversee management and statutory reporting, including ad hoc dashboards for compliance and regulatory purposes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, variance analysis, and finance process improvement and automation.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while maintaining accountability and succession readiness.

Requirements

• Experience leading financial reporting and management reporting.
• Knowledge of internal controls, accounting standards, tax requirements, regulatory obligations, and finance policies.
• Experience with audit coordination and resolving control or compliance findings.
• Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Leadership experience with finance teams and a strong focus on integrity and performance.
