Financial Business Partner as Business Controller (Fintech)

Location: 16th Floor, AIA Tower, 8767 Paseo de Roxas, 1226 Makati City, Philippines. Hybrid and flexible working is available for most roles.

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and report monthly financial and operational performance across product development and corporate operations.
• Coordinate project forecasting, variance analysis, and gap-closing measures.
• Lead business performance reviews, performance management forums, and business case evaluations.
• Coordinate target-setting and budgeting across organizational and divisional levels.
• Review commercial contracts for financial compliance and business alignment.
• Prepare monthly closing activities, including accrual calculations and project completion assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business economics, or a related controlling discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in financial, business, or group controlling, preferably in the financial or IT industry.
• Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and practical experience with Power BI or SAP BW.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaborative, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding, dynamic environment.
