Engineer - New Graduates Who Can Join April 2027 (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Yonezawa-shi, Yamagata, Japan; onsite at the Yonezawa manufacturing site

hirify.global operates a semiconductor-related manufacturing business and offers a rotational engineering development program for new graduates.

What you will do

• Complete three engineering rotations covering product, manufacturing, and quality/R&D functions.
• Spend 12 months in each rotation as part of the three-year program.
• Work on projects in each assigned engineering position.
• Move into a dedicated engineering position after completing the rotations.
• Develop toward future leadership roles in engineering.

Requirements

• Engineering degree required.
• High motivation to build a career as a manufacturing engineer.
• Strong interest in the semiconductor industry and hirify.global products.
• Japanese: business fluency and ability to conduct daily conversations onsite.
• English: TOEIC score of 500 or higher and ability to participate in web meetings in English.

Nice to have

• Academic specialization in chemistry or mechanical systems engineering.
