Specialist, Process Optimization & Data Management (SAP)

Location: Blythewood, South Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office with regular in-person meetings and occasional travel

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Manage and maintain SAP reference data for body shop operations, including material masters, part numbers, bills of materials, routings, production schedules, and vendor data.
• Validate, standardize, audit, and correct SAP data discrepancies affecting production, inventory, procurement, and material flow.
• Optimize data management and production workflows using automation, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
• Collaborate with IT, production, procurement, supply chain teams, and suppliers on SAP changes, system enhancements, and data alignment.
• Generate accuracy, exception, and discrepancy reports and document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Train body shop, warehouse, and production users and provide ongoing SAP data support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing data processes, reference data, or inventory in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong SAP experience, especially with MM, PP, and WM/EWM modules, reporting, and data management tools.
• Experience optimizing SAP data entry, material handling, production scheduling, or related manufacturing workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in the Blythewood office 4–5 days per week and attend in-person meetings and occasional company events.

Nice to have

• Experience with body shop production processes and automotive parts and materials.
• SAP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
