Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Security)

What you will do

• Lead architectural reviews and performance optimization during customer implementations.
• Advise customers on technical adoption and successful deployment of the platform.
• Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements.
• Support the sales process through technical demonstrations, feature engineering, model training, and model monitoring.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Build internal knowledge, best practices, and processes for the Forward Deployed Engineering function.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software or customer engineering roles with significant customer-facing work.
• Experience rapidly prototyping ideas and delivering them into working solutions.
• Understanding of API and data integration, with familiarity with TypeScript, Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience deploying applications into secure customer networks across cloud and data center infrastructure.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building or supporting security products or non-SaaS applications in enterprise networks.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems, machine learning models, and agentic frameworks.
• Experience working in fast-paced agile environments with continuous integration and deployment.
