Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States

Building distributed AI infrastructure for personalized AI, enabling real-time edge processing, private company data, and large models on consumer hardware.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and desktop applications.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality software in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, automated testing, and reliable deployments.
• Architect state management, data processing, caching, synchronization, and real-time update solutions.
• Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, participate in code reviews, and improve engineering practices.
• Lead architectural discussions, drive technical initiatives, and mentor engineers on system design and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional JavaScript or TypeScript development experience.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and TypeScript, with experience building scalable applications.
• Experience with WebSockets or MQTT and complex state management using Redux or Zustand.
• Strong unit and end-to-end testing experience, including Cypress.
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases, GitLab CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Rust and Python for backend integration.
