Front-End Web Developer Manager

Location: Los Angeles, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within a reasonable commute

Salary: $133,000–$167,000 per year, plus eligible incentive programs and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development, governance, and optimization of hirify.global.com, BeyondTheBlack.com, and related web properties.
• Manage web experience architecture, page templates, reusable components, publishing processes, and web-related projects.
• Drive SEO, conversion rate optimization, analytics, A/B testing, lead generation, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, product marketing, UX/UI, and global stakeholders on customer journeys and digital strategy.
• Manage web developers, SEO experts, contractors, and agencies while establishing execution metrics and mentoring team members.
• Ensure web properties meet global compliance, privacy, security, accessibility, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Vue 3, Composition API, Vue Router, and Pinia.
• Advanced Nuxt 3 experience with static site generation and server-side rendering.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, including reusable component and enterprise frontend architecture.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, REST APIs, GraphQL, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and modern deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, technical SEO, structured data, dynamic routing, analytics, A/B testing, and tag management.
• Experience with unit and end-to-end testing, WCAG accessibility, web security, GDPR/CCPA, and global web governance.
