Salary: $165,000–$200,000 annual base salary, excluding benefits.

What you will do
- Own system-level spacecraft integration, verification, anomaly resolution, and flight readiness.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute subsystem integration and functional, performance, vibration, and thermal-vacuum testing.
- Develop, review, and approve system-level test procedures and analyze test data.
- Maintain verification artifacts, test reports, and compliance documentation for platform requirements.
- Support qualification, acceptance, flight readiness reviews, launch-site activities, and on-orbit commissioning.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, test, quality, subsystem, customer, and program teams while tracking risks and corrective actions.
Requirements
- U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience with system integration, testing, and qualification.
- Strong understanding of satellite subsystems and system-level interactions.
- Experience planning and executing system-level tests.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior flight hardware experience.
- Experience supporting spacecraft environmental testing campaigns.
- Familiarity with aerospace verification and qualification standards.
- Experience in a production or high-rate environment.
