What you will do

• Manage Digital Campaign Specialists and ensure effective campaign planning and execution against targets and budgets.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, from client enquiry and insertion orders through launch and completion.
• Coordinate briefs, stock checks, creative assets, approvals, campaign loading, and proof-of-execution reporting.
• Provide clients with detailed campaign performance, delivery, and invoice reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and reduce budgets through innovative campaign production and optimization.
• Troubleshoot targeting and traffic issues, reconcile discrepancies, and evaluate campaign success against internal campaigns and client metrics.

Requirements

• Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing or Advertising, or at least 5 years of experience with Matric.
• Understanding of digital marketing.
• Experience with DFP, Google Ad Manager, or similar ad-serving tools.
• At least 3 years of digital campaign management experience.
• Experience managing a team of people.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, initiative, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
