Creator Campaign Manager

What you will do

• Develop and implement performance-led strategies for creator recruitment, content creation, casting, and community growth.
• Source, vet, and recommend creators based on audience demographics, location, niche, and follower data.
• Create campaign briefs, lead kick-off calls, manage client communications, and coordinate creator relationships.
• Negotiate creator terms, facilitate product orders, collect content drafts, and review submissions for brief compliance and quality.
• Track campaign budgets, timelines, metrics, and revenue goals while generating actionable performance insights.
• Collaborate with community support, sales, product, marketing, and client success teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4+ years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, or community management.
• Knowledge of creator and affiliate marketing strategies, tools, technologies, creator rates, and the creator lifecycle.
• Experience with budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, fulfillment oversight, draft approvals, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics, manage multiple priorities independently, and adapt to social media trends and industry changes.

Nice to have

• Completion of the Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification by PXA; completion should be mentioned in the cover letter.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or another affiliate marketing platform.
• Experience with gaming, technology, finance, entertainment, or other creator niches.
• Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA.
