Senior Creator Campaign Manager (Creator Marketing)

What you will do

• Develop performance-led strategies for creator recruitment, content creation, casting, and community growth.
• Source, evaluate, and recommend creators based on audience demographics, location, niche, and follower data.
• Create campaign briefs and manage execution from casting through final reporting, including FTC and disclosure compliance.
• Lead client kick-off calls, manage communications, negotiate creator terms, coordinate product fulfillment, and collect content drafts.
• Review creator content for brief compliance and quality, while maintaining strong client and creator relationships.
• Track budgets, timelines, metrics, and revenue goals; generate insights, identify upselling opportunities, and design creator incentives.

Requirements

• Completion of the Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA.
• Bachelor's degree and 4–6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, or community management.
• Strong knowledge of creator and affiliate marketing strategies, tools, technologies, and the creator lifecycle.
• Experience with budgeting, casting, negotiation, contracting, fulfillment oversight, draft approvals, and reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing social media trends in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with hirify.global or another affiliate marketing platform.
• Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA.
