What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy proprietary software including trading simulators and data visualization systems.
• Develop large-scale data collection and management pipelines.
• Create analytics tools to support advanced mathematical modeling.
• Perform post-trade analysis and reconciliation to optimize operations.
• Document development phases and implement system monitoring.
• Automate manual tasks using scripting and appropriate tooling.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of software development experience in fast-moving, technology-driven companies.
• Fluency in imperative and object-oriented languages such as Python, C#, Java, or C++.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with network programming, asynchronous patterns, WebSockets, and REST interfaces.
• Experience or interest in trading or blockchain technologies.
• Conscientious and logical approach to complex problem-solving.
