AI Platform Engineer (Cloud/Infrastructure): Delivering an AI platform for semiconductor and consumer electronics companies, developing customer-specific features, and deploying the product in cloud and locked-down on-prem environments with an accent on backend engineering, infrastructure, and customer deployments. Focus on managing AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift environments, debugging complex systems, and porting cloud features to air-gapped infrastructure.
Location: On-site in the San Francisco office near Palo Alto, or hybrid in the New York City office; customer deployments take place across the San Francisco Bay Area, Cupertino, and Santa Clara.

What you will do
- Own customer deployments at offices across the San Francisco Bay Area, Cupertino, and Santa Clara.
- Develop features for customer workflows and port cloud-product features to on-premises environments.
- Deploy, maintain, and debug cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.
- Work with locked-down and air-gapped enterprise infrastructure.
- Build familiarity with hardware design and electronic-system development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, full-stack development, or infrastructure/DevOps.
- Familiarity with agent development and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Strong systems-design and debugging skills.
- Experience with Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Openness to travel, primarily in California.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying software on-premises in enterprise or air-gapped environments.
- Field engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience.
- Experience with EDA, semiconductor, or hardware-adjacent software.
