AI Platform Engineer

Location: Palo Alto HQ, hybrid

Salary: $180K–$220K base salary

hirify.global is building an AI assistant and geometry- and physics-driven foundation models for hardware designers, helping engineers iterate through designs faster.

What you will do

• Design and develop deployment pipelines and tools that accelerate the path from development to production.
• Build data-flow orchestration for the deployed product and improve scalability.
• Develop APIs that enable complex engineering workflows and ship critical product features.
• Set up and integrate LLM or VLM infrastructure.
• Establish an MLOps framework for training deep learning architectures on geometry and physics data.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization with early customers and design partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing and shipping features in high-performance computing.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or another suitable systems programming language.
• Experience with tools such as gRPC, Protocol Buffers, Docker, Kubernetes, Bazel, or comparable language-agnostic build systems.
• Interest in building geometry- and physics-based models for hardware design problems.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and build products from 0 to 1.

Nice to have

• Cloud computing experience for data generation, scraping, and model training.
• CUDA experience.
• Frontend development experience.
