Client Experience Associate Consultant (Financial Data)

What you will do

• Manage the flow workload and service delivery for a portfolio of existing business accounts.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of client accounts, requirements, and service history.
• Advise clients on financial data feed requirements and conduct periodic service reviews.
• Lead production discussions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as an escalation point for the Second Line Feed Management team.
• Provide expertise on databases, vendor methodologies, systems, client data usage, products, and technical matters.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of strong experience in the financial data industry.
• Experience as a consultant or in a related financial data industry role.
• Graduate-level education, preferably a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial spreadsheets, databases, and business applications.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial concepts, including income benchmarks and securities.
• Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, SFTP, and ETL processes.
• Experience in a client-facing role within financial markets.
