What you will do

• Lead TeamMate software engagements and serve as an SME for audit, assurance, and GRC processes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks while providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Conduct discovery and process mapping workshops to identify and document customer business requirements.
• Perform functional design and configuration of the TeamMate product to meet customer needs.
• Deliver and manage end-user training programs and create supporting user manuals and guides.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, sharing audit and assurance best practices.

Requirements

• Native-level Arabic and fluent English (C1+) required.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a willingness to travel across the Middle East region.
• Essential background in internal or external audit.
• Minimum 7 years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Information Systems.
• Certification in GRC or Internal Audit (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CISA).

Nice to have

• Experience implementing GRC or audit management solutions, especially in the Middle East.
• Solid understanding of second line of defense assurance functions (SOX, internal controls, enterprise risk management).
