Client Servicing Analyst

What you will do

• Handle client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide accurate information related to financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational activities including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance tasks, and reconciliation validation.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and reconcile investment transactions using internal tools.
• Build client relationships, resolve issues through internal knowledge resources, and manage work according to productivity and quality metrics.
• Participate in long-term client and team projects with other internal groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, and interest income.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
