Analyst, CLO Middle Office

What you will do

• Monitor and reconcile daily CLO compliance testing.
• Prepare hypothetical compliance test scenarios and support monthly reporting.
• Update models, coordinate with trustees on data and cash reconciliations, and approve reports for investor release.
• Work with Fund Accounting, Trade Support, Data Management, and other internal groups to deliver accurate and timely monitoring and reporting.
• Interpret CLO documents, define compliance parameters, and test internal models for new and refinanced transactions.
• Partner with internal IT teams to improve processes and respond to ad hoc research and data requests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in compliance, middle office, or monitoring within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for improving systems and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with reconciliation and trade settlements.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, WSO/CDO Suite, Sky Road, S&P, or Moody’s.
