Senior Associate - Financial Services Operations

Location: Maharashtra, Navi Mumbai, India. Training requires mandatory attendance Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST (7am–4pm CST) for the first 4–6 weeks.

What you will do

• Process daily financial service requests for mutual fund accounts, including purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account setup.
• Review transactions for accuracy and quality, escalating concerns when needed.
• Research and resolve open items and complex account issues.
• Communicate with advisors, shareholders, and clients by phone to clarify requests and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a virtual work environment.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant account and financial services industry trends.
