What you will do
- Review and screen CVs against role requirements and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and panels in multiple APAC time zones.
- Partner with hiring managers on sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and quality candidate selection.
- Build diverse local and international candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ATS data with strong attention to detail.
- Negotiate offer agreements and support a seamless hiring experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Ability to understand business needs, manage expectations, and partner effectively with hiring teams.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and quality focus.
- Ability to build working relationships across countries, cultures, and time zones.
