TA Partner - APAC

What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for positions across ASEAN markets, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking events, and creative internet research.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements and build recruiting strategies.
• Manage applicant flow and recruitment processes in the application tracking system.
• Support diversity initiatives and help attract diverse candidate slates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in any industry.
• Experience identifying passive candidates through creative sourcing methods.
• Full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment systems, networking, coaching, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
