What you will do
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Build proactive candidate pipelines and talent pools for technical and business roles.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and support employer branding through networks, events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to improve sourcing efficiency and hiring velocity.
- Manage offers and salary negotiations while maintaining accurate ATS and recruitment reporting data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in technology or fast-paced regional environments.
- Experience managing regional stakeholders across APAC, including Singapore, Malaysia, ANZ, and Hong Kong.
- Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and social recruiting.
- Strong understanding of technology domains, engineering roles, and modern technology stacks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, and Google Suite.
