Location: On-site in the Flatiron District, Manhattan, NYC, five days a week

Salary: $160,000–$230,000 USD per year

hirify.global is a seed-stage AI-native startup building an IT Service and Configuration Management platform using AI, graph-based architecture, and design.

What you will do

• Research, prototype, and productionize machine learning models for ticket triage, incident prediction, workflow recommendations, and CMDB inference.
• Build scalable model training and inference pipelines integrated with the core platform.
• Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation for IT knowledge and workflow automation.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define AI-first platform features.
• Evaluate and optimize models for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Apply current advances in machine learning, LLMs, and AI infrastructure to production use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, with Python preferred.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and one or more of NLP, LLMs, information retrieval, graph ML, or time-series forecasting.
• Understanding of MLOps practices including model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work on-site in the Manhattan office five days per week.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience applying AI in enterprise software or ITSM.
