What you will do
- Own the RUN pillar of the DTC ecosystem, ensuring stable and SLA-compliant operations.
- Manage L2/L3 incidents, service requests, and feature requests, including root cause analysis.
- Act as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate releases, upgrades, and migrations while ensuring architectural alignment with IT standards.
- Monitor service delivery performance using KPIs and SLAs to identify efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with other architects to maintain platform governance, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Core architecture, development, or support.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of: Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, or Data 360.
- Proven experience in Service Delivery, Incident Management, or Operations (ITIL preferred).
- Fluency in English is required for this international environment.
- Strong communication skills and a high ownership mindset.
