Customer Finance Specialist

Location: On-site in Spain

What you will do

• Maintain contact with financial institutions across assigned countries.
• Support sales teams with patient financing processes.
• Manage pending financing cases and escalations.
• Provide training on financial processes to sales teams.
• Analyze payment plans and debt recovery strategies.
• Monitor financial metrics to meet goals.

Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent/Native German and English professional proficiency
• Background in finance risk or related finance area.
• Knowledge of financing operations and debt recovery.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
