What you will do

• Research prospects, craft outbound messaging, and run experiments based on performance results.
• Use AI-driven tools to identify signals and personalise growth motions.
• Generate qualified meetings through outbound, inbound, and network channels.
• Coordinate demand-generation events across Europe.
• Support sales, operations, and partnerships initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Commercial mindset and strong motivation to drive growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experimental mindset with an ability to test, measure, and iterate.
• Proactive, optimistic approach and willingness to move quickly.

• Previous experience in growth or sales.
