About the Role

You will set the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, identify customer problems, sequence propositions, and conduct competitive research. You will own customer journeys from onboarding through retention, use research and experiments to improve outcomes, and align product, engineering, legal, compliance, marketing and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Singapore
• Prioritize customer problems and decide what not to build
• Sequence products and propositions for market launch
• Drive competitive intelligence and proposition development
• Run customer discovery
• Own customer journeys from onboarding through retention and reactivation
• Meet KYC and AML obligations while improving conversion
• Use customer feedback from support, research, reviews and complaints
• Drive experimentation and innovation
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with Compliance on regulatory change
• Represent local product needs to central Product and Technology teams
• Set product leadership standards in the market
