Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team, offering opportunities to grow in a dynamic, international, and diverse environment.

What you will do

• Enter supplier invoices accurately on Odoo system.
• Maintain and reconcile the AP ledger.
• Send invoices for approval and assist with month-end close and annual audits.
• Handle cost center accounting and maintain accounting records.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Experience of at least 1-2 years in accounts payable or similar.
• Demonstrable competence in accounting software, Odoo or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Full Professional Proficiency in English.
• Right to work in Spain.
