Senior Fullstack Engineer (Platform)

Location: Hybrid, onsite 4 days per week in San Francisco, California

Salary: $196,000–$235,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Design and build internal platform applications, deployment dashboards, infrastructure health tools, and connector operations interfaces.
• Develop user-facing features for hirify.global Cloud and Flex in collaboration with product managers and designers.
• Build React and TypeScript applications backed by scalable APIs and distributed services.
• Create self-service tools for infrastructure provisioning, service management, troubleshooting, and operational automation.
• Improve developer experience through release workflows, deployment visibility, observability, and reusable platform components.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture discussions, engineering standards, testing, accessibility, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production fullstack applications.
• Deep expertise with React and TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience building APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience shipping SaaS products alongside internal tools, developer platforms, or operational dashboards.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment workflows.
• Strong communication, ownership, automation, product judgment, and customer empathy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or developer productivity tooling.
• Familiarity with Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, data infrastructure, internal engineering tools, or large-scale SaaS platforms.
