Sr. Program Manager I - FinOps

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois, United States; other locations within the United States.

Salary: $89,550–$100,00 a year.

What you will do

• Develop project plans, roadmaps, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Generate insights and analyze data to guide roadmaps, monitor initiatives, and align projects with business metrics.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analyses that improve operational processes and increase automation.
• Lead project execution, managing budgets, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality reviews.
• Document process changes, train relevant users, and communicate progress, challenges, achievements, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Apply financial services knowledge and understand relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of program management experience.
• Strong understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
• SQL proficiency and advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• No immigration sponsorship or transfer is available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience in freight, logistics, or financial services.
• 3+ years of experience building queries, reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
• PMP certification.
• Process mapping, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Jira, Smartsheet, or other project management tools.
• Experience implementing AI solutions and increasing automation.
