Social Media Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in Warsaw or New York City; remote from the United States

What you will do

• Own organic social across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including the calendar, publishing, copy, hooks, replies, and comments.
• Engage directly in AI and technology conversations, building hirify.global’s presence through real-time replies, quotes, and community participation.
• Operate the Creator Program by reviewing submissions, managing payout tiers, maintaining sheets and automations, answering creator questions, and preventing abuse.
• Amplify founder and team content through improved angles, timing, and cross-channel repurposing.
• Track reach, followers, engagement, signups, and creator output, then optimize the content calendar based on performance.
• Build social into a measurable top-of-funnel and pipeline engine.

Requirements

• Previous experience running social media for a brand or product, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tools.
• Deep familiarity with X, TikTok, AI culture, technology communities, memes, and online discourse.
• Strong operational skills, including program management, spreadsheets, payouts, creator support, and closing operational loops.
• Sharp, fast, clear writing with the ability to create copy that captures attention.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to understand workflows and communicate with developers, operations professionals, and marketers.
• Ability to work onsite in Warsaw or New York City, or remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• An established following on X or TikTok, or experience running a brand account with an engaged audience.
• Experience operating a creator, ambassador, or referral program at scale.
• Experience working with technical buyers and builders.
