Senior Product Manager - Payments (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for a B2B payments platform.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and concept development through launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to prioritize and deliver product requirements.
• Design and manage scalable, developer-friendly APIs while improving integration speed and usability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or API-driven products.
• Strong understanding of B2B payment ecosystems, including card processing, ACH, virtual cards, and wire transfers.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical approach to product metrics and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B platforms, ERP integrations, or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of payment compliance and regulatory requirements, including PCI-DSS and PSD2.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira or Confluence.
