Project Associate (Healthcare Technology)

What you will do

• Understand project scope, goals, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools.
• Coordinate communication with project team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, and prepare progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Define project success criteria, analyze status reports, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Conduct project post-mortems and develop recommendations, best practices, and tools for project execution.

Requirements

• Any graduate degree with around 6+ years of experience in project management, ideally involving web or digital projects and process development.
• Experience with project management tools and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of current technologies and the ability to research and apply project-related information.
• Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
