Director, Information Technology and Systems

Location: Full-time, on-site position at hirify.global’s Austin, Texas headquarters campus

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Information Technology and Systems teams, establishing operating principles and service level agreements.
• Set scalable strategies and roadmaps for AI, digital infrastructure, enterprise systems, and business intelligence.
• Oversee corporate IT functions, including end-user support, device management, SaaS platforms, identity and access management, integrations, licensing, procurement, and vendor management.
• Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure for reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Own hirify.global’s information security posture and ensure protection of systems and data against cyber threats.
• Provide technology performance reporting and security and compliance credibility to executive and public sector stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading technology or information organizations, including senior leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading technology teams in complex regulatory environments.
• Experience managing corporate IT at scale, including enterprise systems, end-user computing, and IT operations.
• Experience evaluating technologies, leading business integrations, and overseeing infrastructure teams.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure practices.
• Proficiency with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements; eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
