Technology Operations Lead (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York City, at the SoHo office

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, workstations, peripherals, networks, user accounts, access controls, and software licensing.
• Monitor systems for security threats, support compliance efforts, enforce security practices, and contribute to security awareness initiatives.
• Support office builds, moves, and expansions; manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycles; and maintain meeting-room and office technology.
• Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies across daily workflows.
• Coordinate technology projects from planning through completion, including timelines, task tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with operations, leadership, and external vendors on technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, SOC analysis, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, hardware, operating systems, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and automation platforms.
• Exposure to project coordination or ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Asana.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
