Technical Project Manager - Software (Robotics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with monthly customer-site visits across Europe and up to 40% travel during peak periods

Salary: 24,000–29,000 PLN gross per month under an employment contract, plus equity

What you will do

• Design the end-to-end process for delivering robotic stations.
• Coordinate integration across software, machine learning, mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering teams.
• Manage delivery from the sales process through deadlines, final integration, and customer-site acceptance.
• Analyze robot performance data using BigQuery, Grafana, and spreadsheets.
• Understand the technology stack, debug cross-stack issues, analyze system performance, and propose improvements.
• Assess the impact and priority of improvements and ensure issues are resolved by the appropriate team.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end project management or a similar role.
• Experience in robotics, intralogistics, or engineering is required.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and delivery skills.
• Hands-on, energetic approach with a focus on finding solutions and completing work.
• English is required for the English-speaking work environment.
• Ability to travel to customer sites up to 40% of the time during peak periods.
