Senior Consulting Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid; must be based within commutable distance to Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Oversee consulting customer projects, implementing hirify.global Solutions and Technologies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard project management tools.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve project planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align delivery with evolving needs.
• Manage external contractors, including contracting, delivery, and invoicing processes.
• Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees while participating in business reviews.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting within the IT or AEC/MFG industry.
• Working proficiency in English and another European language.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, communication, and decision support.
• Strong experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel within a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be based in commutable distance to the Kraków office.

Nice to have

• PMP or other professional project management certifications.
• SAFe, Scrum, or other agile certifications.
• Experience driving AI adoption, process automation, or digital transformation in project delivery.
