Senior Field Marketing Manager (AI Automation)

Location: London, United Kingdom

Base salary: £50,000–£125,000 GBP per year, plus a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute demand generation programs for key industries and priority accounts across the UKI region.
• Create account-specific marketing plans with account teams and lead campaigns across events, content, email, and growth account marketing.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align initiatives, improve lead management, and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Use marketing analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize program efficiency.
• Identify target accounts and buying personas, tailoring messaging and content to increase engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate integrated initiatives with Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR & Communications, and Customer Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology.
• Proven experience developing demand generation strategies that drive pipeline and revenue across multiple industries.
• Account Based Marketing experience and strong campaign execution skills.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms for measuring campaign performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills.
