Business Systems Engineer (SAP/ERP)

Salary: CAD 80,000–128,750 per year

What you will do

• Deliver site-level digital projects involving SAP/ERP and business applications.
• Lead SAP/ERP deployment support and onsite post-deployment care.
• Act as the site liaison to global ERP and business applications teams.
• Manage and triage SAP incidents and service requests through ServiceNow in line with SLA commitments.
• Support R&D, manufacturing, laboratory, and quality systems, including integrations and lifecycle activities.
• Drive process standardization, automation, operational efficiency, training, audits, and quality governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting SAP and enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on SAP/ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and support experience, ideally in a regulated GxP environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of laboratory, manufacturing, scientific data, and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of IT service management standards and tools, including ITIL, ServiceNow, incident management, service requests, and SLAs.
• Experience planning and leading digital projects, including at least one complete ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, information security, audit, inspection, and computer system validation experience.
