Senior Commercial Legal Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with global clients and strategic business partners.
• Provide legal guidance throughout contract negotiations while balancing legal risks and business objectives.
• Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and day-to-day business matters.
• Identify legal risks and develop practical, business-oriented solutions supporting company growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to maintain legal consistency and operational efficiency.
• Improve legal processes, templates, and best practices within the Commercial Legal team.

Requirements

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting legal concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• High autonomy, accountability, ownership, and the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Curiosity and adaptability across different legal topics, products, and international markets.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required for written and spoken communication with global teams and clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Experience with global technology companies or cross-border operations.
• Familiarity with international commercial transactions and multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
