Staff Product Manager, Wishlist (AI)

Location: Remote-first for team members across the United States and Canada

Salary: $214,507–$256,885 annually, plus a target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity.

What you will do

• Own the Wishlist product end to end, including vision, roadmap, execution, customer experience, and business outcomes.
• Define and evolve the roadmap from MVP to a scalable, multi-sided gifting experience.
• Discover the needs of parents, grandparents, relatives, and other gift-givers through direct customer research.
• Create engagement and growth loops around birthdays, holidays, and seasonal occasions.
• Set outcome metrics, evaluate results, and determine what to build next.
• Partner with engineering and design to run experiments, iterate quickly, and contribute hands-on with SQL, Figma, AI-assisted prototypes, data, and code when useful.

Requirements

• Experience building a product, company, or line of business from 0 to 1.
• Strong product sense, judgment, customer focus, and ability to prioritize across a multi-sided product.
• Experience understanding business models, unit economics, activation, retention, and growth.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, learn quickly, adapt, and work across team boundaries.
• Comfort using AI in daily product work and creating prototypes or querying data and codebases directly.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
