Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Relocation assistance to San Francisco and visa and green card application support are available where applicable.

Salary: $249K–$405K per year.

What you will do

• Develop full-stack generative AI functionality.
• Ship high-performance UI code and backend systems that process and analyze millions of contracts reliably.
• Design pipelines orchestrating LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms at scale.
• Build AI products including legal fact extraction, contract search, deviation analysis, and composite contract timelines.
• Collaborate with designers, lawyers, and engineers to improve how legal work is performed.
• Make pragmatic engineering decisions focused on product impact and fast execution.

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying full-stack software.
• Experience developing generative AI functionality and LLM-based systems.
• Ability to design reliable, high-performance systems for large contract datasets.
• Strong ownership, resourcefulness, urgency, and bias toward action.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco or relocate there.
