Customer Solutions Consultant - Italy (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid workplace

Salary: €35,000–€38,000 OTE per year

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers and drive product adoption.
• Analyze Treasury and Corporate Finance workflows and improve customer tool setups.
• Become a product expert and maximize customer value and return on investment.
• Understand customer needs and advocate for them within the organization.
• Work with Commercial Account Managers to identify growth opportunities.
• Cooperate with adjacent teams to help customers achieve their business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• Native Italian and fluent English.
• 1–1.5 years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, or finance, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
• Proactive approach and continuous drive for improvement.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong advising, argumentation, and persuasion skills.
