Senior Field Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Amsterdam area, Netherlands, with regular travel across the Benelux and Nordics region

Base salary: €75,000–€150,000 EUR per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute demand generation programs for key industries and priority accounts across the Benelux and Nordics.
• Create account-specific marketing plans with account teams and support revenue growth.
• Lead integrated campaigns across events, content marketing, email marketing, and growth account marketing.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align go-to-market initiatives, improve lead management, and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Use marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR and Communications, and Customer Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology.
• Experience developing demand generation strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth in the Financial Services industry.
• Account-Based Marketing experience and strong campaign execution skills.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
