Physician (Precision Medicine)

Location: On site in the New York clinic, Monday through Friday. No in-clinic night, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Salary: $240,000–$270,000 per year, plus meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Provide direct, longitudinal care in the clinic and through telemedicine.
• Synthesize advanced imaging, cardiovascular risk data including ApoB and Lp(a), body composition, fitness testing, genetic testing, and cancer screening into prioritized care plans.
• Interpret findings with nutritionists, exercise physiologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other specialists.
• Communicate risk stratification and diagnostic results clearly to engaged members.
• Build long-term relationships that support adherence and individualized care.
• Partner with the Medical Director and management team on clinical protocols, case reviews, quality standards, care pathways, governance, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Board certification; a primary care background is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of medical practice beyond residency.
• Current unrestricted New York medical license or eligibility for one.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining risk, uncertainty, and clinical findings.
• Fluency with EHR systems, HIPAA requirements, and modern clinical and data tools.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams.

• Experience prescribing nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress-reduction interventions.
• Experience providing high-touch care to engaged and discerning members.
• Experience in executive health, concierge medicine, or preventive medicine.
• Experience in a growth-stage startup.
