Lead Physician

Location: Onsite at the Silver Lake clinic in Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $235,000–$280,000 annual base salary, plus an $8,000 annual leader stipend

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered outpatient primary care and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Spend approximately 95% of time in direct clinical care while leading by example.
• Own clinical outcomes, documentation consistency, and the management of complex patient cases.
• Partner with Operations to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing provider team.
• Improve clinical workflows using data and patient feedback.
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development for new providers.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active California medical license and DEA registration required.
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.
• Experience in women’s health, including routine gynecology, contraception, and STIs, as well as mental health and inclusive patient-centered care.
• At least 1 year of direct or indirect clinical leadership experience.
• Data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable balancing clinical quality with operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with menopause management and sexual health.
• Experience with medical dermatology, weight management, or expanded procedural care.
