Senior Finance Manager (Americas Sales)

Location: Primarily onsite at the Santa Clara, CA or New York, NY office.

Annual base salary: $168,000–$252,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Partner with Americas Sales leaders and provide actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on business trends, pipeline, deals, productivity, coverage, and markets.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting for bookings, AOP, LRP, and expense management, including Expense-to-Bookings reporting.
• Support complex commercial deal reviews and influence deal structuring in partnership with the deal desk and sales teams.
• Drive process improvement and reporting automation to scale the business.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, HR, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven FP&A and GTM Finance experience supporting a sales organization.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including dashboard creation and data analytics automation.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, NetSuite, SQL, Claude/AI, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into management insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
